The promises of the New Silk Road in Italy: The case of MSC

The Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) is one of the world’s biggest shipping companies. Its massive vessels transport containers full of goods across the globe, spewing out pollution as they go and making a fortune for its owners, the billionaire Aponte family.
